I'm certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I also have the following certifications: ACE Health Coach, Precision Nutrition, Kettlebell Athletics Level 1 & 2, Pre/Post Natal, TRX, and Animal Flow. Additionally, I got my B.S degree at UCLA in Physiological Science and was a Track & Field athlete competing in the 100m an 200m.

It was there that I discovered my passion for weightlifting, along with a desire to help people move pain free. I have almost 10 years of personal training experience with 6 years spent at Equinox as a Tier 3+ trainer and Master Instructor.
